We want you to love your new purchase. But, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return merchandise (Including items received as a gift) by mail within 7 days after delivery for an exchange or store credit only, minus shipping & handling. After the 7th day, the items become final sale and will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges on accessories, swimwear, undergarments, scarves, hats, belts, handbags, sunglasses, stationery and beauty products.
*All Sale items are final, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
*No price adjustments on previous purchases. We are unable to honor any discounts, sale prices or promotions that starts after your new order has been placed.
Returned merchandise must be in NEW CONDITION, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, WITH TAGS ATTACHED AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY RECEIPT FROM THE ORIGINAL SHIPMENT.
*Closet Envy Boutique reserves the right to deny any returns that does not meet our requirements, Including signs of wear, makeup, the smell of fragrance and smoke.
*In the event that the returned item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking information. Closet Envy Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit, therefore we strongly suggest insuring your package.
*Once we have received, inspected and approved the conditions of your returned items at our warehouse, we will process your return, which can take up to 3-7 business days. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued a store credit via email.
*If you would like to exchange, please write down the new item name, size, color and your email address on the original invoice receipt. If the item is no longer available or if there is a price difference, I will contact you via email
